Eligibility requirements:
- Active WSIB account
- At least one full-time employee
- Not already participating in or recognized through the Supporting Ontario’s Safe Employers Program
- No convictions under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act or Occupational Health and Safety Act in 2024 or 2025, and no more than one conviction from 2020-2025
